Legal
I am no fan of flowery legal language, my terms are in plain English to try and keep it simple for both sides. There are a number of issues I wish to tackle first and foremost though, namely copyright and usage of my products.
Copyright
I effectively own copyright to the source code: HTML, CSS and PHP (especially the last) – with a one time licence fee in the form of a charge for the product. Any content that you provide, such as imagery, type or logos will remain under your copyright – though may be used to enrich your designs or illustrate the end product; or as part of the end product itself. Other than as stated I will not use your property for my own ends in regards to other products.
I provide a variety of prepackaged themes, some free for any use, some free for personal use and some commercial. Please find their licence included within the package and determine whether your usage is suitable for the licence, otherwise contact me to find out.
